We're excited to introduce Occupi, a new optional online payment method available to our residents.
Important: Occupi is simply an additional way to pay your rent. It does not replace Rent Manager. Rent Manager will continue to be used as usual for account management and payment records.

Does Occupi Replace Rent Manager?
No. Occupi is only an additional payment option. Rent Manager will continue to manage your account, balances, and payment history.

- Potentially lower card processing fees compared to traditional card payments
Do I Have to Use Occupi?
No. If you prefer, you may continue making payments through Rent Manager — no changes are required.
